Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

At Cyan Photo Studio, we value your time and ours. Every session is planned with care, and we appreciate your understanding of the following policies:

• A non-refundable retainer is required at the time of booking to secure your session.

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance are not eligible for a refund but may be credited toward one rescheduled session within 30 days.

• Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled session will result in forfeiture of the retainer, and a new retainer will be required to rebook.

• If Cyan Photo Studio must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, your session will be rescheduled at the earliest available date, or your retainer will be fully refunded.

• No-shows or same-day cancellations (within 24 hours) will be charged 100% of the session fee due to the inability to fill the appointment on short notice.

Your session time is reserved exclusively for you. Thank you for respecting our time as we respect yours.
